Kawasaki is known worldwide for their impressive product line of JetSkis, ATVs, railcars, aerospace components, and engines. As one of the world’s leading power sport vehicle distributors, they continue to grow and recently broke new ground in Missouri. We created a recruitment campaign to fill roles across three plants and accommodate their growth.

We paired photos of their iconic products with interviews of proud Kawasaki workers to tell a sleek yet educational story of what work at Kawasaki is really like. Every avenue of the campaign directed viewers to a user-friendly microsite where they could apply. Our combined strategy and creative helped meet their hiring goals with 97% fulfillment in Lincoln alone.
